This page is meant for stargazing evening volunteers.

Are you the speaker?
1. create a presentation for a general audience.
2. You or the organiser will have to start the movies for the evening in the adjacent lecture hall.
- At the department:

1. get the flash drive with the movies from Harry Balster or the secretariat office

- In the movie viewing room:

1. log in to the computer present in the room
2. make sure windows media player is installed properly
3. plug in the flash drive and open in folder viewing mode
4. find folder designated 'open stargazing evening' or similar
5. right click on folder and choose 'play movies with windows media player'
6. a playlist will now have formed
7. start playback of the playlist
8. done
