Each of the subdirectories contains the stellar-evolution models for a given
choice of parameters (metallicity, wind mass loss, etc.).

Each *.dat file in a subdirectory contains a stellar-evolution model with a 
given mass, from ZAMS until the end of the giant branches.

Each line in the data files corresponds to a time step in the stellar evolution.
The columns in each file are:

1: Age (yr)
2: Total mass (Mo)
3: He-core mass (Mo)
4: log(R/Ro)
5: log(L/Lo)
6: Ebind,env (gravitational + internal - erg)
7: Ebind,env (recombination - erg)

Legend:

Z0001:    Metallicity:  Z = 0.0001 = 1.e-4

NoWind:   Models without stellar wind (default)
Winds:    Models with a stellar wind

CoreDef:  Models where the core-envelope boundary is defined as the mass coordinate 
	  where the hydrogen abundance equals some fraction.  Default: X=0.10
