Radboud University Nijmegen, Linaeusgebouw, room Lin 1

Campus map

At the interface of astronomy and physics a new field of research is under rapid development: astroparticle physics. In this interdisciplinary research field several fundamental issues regarding the origin of matter in the Universe are being explored. The subjects being addressed include: high-energy cosmic rays, gamma rays, neutrinos, gravitational waves, and dark matter.

Aim of the National PhD Student Day is to strengthen the connections between the Dutch research groups in this field to build a strong interdisciplinary research network. PhD students and senior scientists are kindly invited to attend.

Deadline: May 15th, 2013.
